All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars.
Important Notice: Shipping to destinations outside of Canada has been suspended due to the complexity of recent international trade changes. We apologize for this restriction but it has become so labour intensive to manage these changes that we can no longer sustain this.
Taxes and Duty for Customers outside of Canada, including US Tariffs
All taxes, duties and tariff fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customs forms will be marked appropriately for each order. Please refer to your country's import regulations for specific information on duty and tariffs.
Returned packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping costs will not be refunded. For more details on refunds, please read the Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Half-Price Shipping for Canadian Orders
We know shipping can be expensive in Canada so we want to give you a bit of a break. Once your order has been confirmed, we will refund half of the shipping cost for all orders containing over $100 of items. The $100 minimum is before taxes and any discount that you apply.
Free Shipping for Local Pickup
If you are in the Edmonton area and want to pickup your order, please choose one of the Local Pickup options when you checkout. You can also use this option if you make arrangements for us to bring your order to the next pop-up, fibre festival or Sheep Creek Weavers Guild meeting that we will be at in-person.
Volume Discount
If you are an instructor, a student or anyone else who needs to buy a large volume of fibre, we want to help you out. All purchases of over 1000g of fibre will receive a 10% discount. This volume discount does not apply to the Master Spinner Indispensable Bundles since a 15% discount is already included in their prices.
Shipping Time
We will ship orders using Canada Post within 10 business days. Additional delays in shipping may occur such as customs processing if you are outside of Canada. Please note that during a high-volume mailing season, such as just before Christmas, your order may not be able to be delivered in the time you need.
Shipping Refunds
Sometimes we are able to pack your order in a smaller box than the default assigned shipping box. If this happens, we will refund you the savings in the shipping costs.
Combining Orders
If you placed multiple orders in the same day and you wish them to be combined, please contact us at info@twotimesinfinity.ca. We will gladly combine the orders and refund you the extra shipping charges.
